200w is only for electronics. You need 600-1000w for some small appliances/coolers, but 2000w plus surge to cover all your needs.Plus a much bigger battery and solar set up to run it for more than a couple hours
Not too knowledgeable about solar power. What use case would this be useful for? Camping? What would it power in a power outage and how long?
See other post. A good hint is that this doesn't even have AC output. It's purely for running or recharging small electronics. And it will only charge them for a couple hours

Good way to see if it can help you, it states it is rated for 192Wh, (watt hour), if you are using a device that draws 192 watts it will last for approx 1 hour, if you are using something that draws 20 watts it may last for 9 to 10 hours. The display will likely tell you the draw in watts.
