I purchased twice from this site.

First time everything went flawlessly.

Second time they never shipped the item. Had to reach out to customer service. They offered to send something of equal value or get a refund.

Get a work sharp (ken onion edititon). I get mine hair popping sharp in less than 2 minutes no matter how bad I've treated it.

Have a Spyderco sharp maker and only use it when traveling and don't feel like bringing the work sharp.
