If this was at least the 256gb I'd pull the trigger. I'm on pixel 7 with 128gb and would like the extra space now.

I'm only seeing $651.99 for excellent condition and I checked about 10 different stores. Is the $439 still available?

Nope. Best Buy seemingly raised ALL open box prices over the past couple days, despite new prices remaining the same.
