The "toxic" dose in that Florida report is 0.02 mg of arsenic exposure in a year. Eating 1/3 pound of brown rice in a year gets you to that dose (@130ppb, levels commonly found in scientific studies and trade publications). Drinking 1/2 gallon of water gets you to that dose (@10ppb, the EPA safe limit for arsenic in drinking water). If arsenic was as toxic as that report claims, we'd all be dead by now. Hell, arsenic isn't even detectable in your blood below .012mg/L. Eat up!
