Which ingredient is the inulin fiber? Googling says sugar beat and corn soluble and sugar cane fibers are not inulin

These things are always stale and disgusting when I buy them from Amazon, even though the expiration date is usually at least a few months out. The same brand from Costco always tastes and smells fresh.
