AI and Vacuum Wars says the Shark Stratos is the best battery powered vac. Not sure it's worth twice the price as this, but here's the one on sale.

The one I received looks brand new. In my view, dual brush systems are vastly superior, especially in sending hair to the dust bin instead of wrapping around the bar.
