Not a bad deal for 20k mah but there no magnetic charging option, which is way more convenient than cable.
Ive seen some that have cable charging and magnetic.

mAh says nothing about capacity since it doesn't list the nominal voltage of the internal battery. 45W says nothing about battery capacity because that's discharge rate. Watt hours are the only measurement that tell you how much energy is in the battery. If the internal battery has a nominal voltage of 3.6, you multiply by 20Ah (20,000mAh) for a capacity of 72Wh. If it's 7.2V, the capacity is 144Wh. Both of those seem exaggerated for a battery that small.
