Dropped off my 4 phones today at T-Mobile Experience Store. Very easy process. Both when ordering on the phone and at the store, my HTC One S IMEI came up as a Note 8. My receive said different phone exchanged. A couple of hours after dropping off at the store, I got a test saying my promo credits for that line have ended. I contacted facebook support and explained the situation. The support person said they fixed it and I now see another entry online for that line that shows credits continuing.
Pixel 10 is free, Pixel 10 Pro is not free. Calling the Costco/T-Mobile number and ordering is not very difficult. If you are a Costco customer, there's really no reason not to take the $135/phone (though many people are asking and receiving credits for the $35 upgrade fee).
I was signed on to my accounts and wasn't able to delete anything before both devices stopped working.
Serious question, would it make sense for me to try leaving both phones underwater to further damage it since I can't erase them? Or will someone in the chain try to erase the contents?
