Any of you do another promo on the same line? I still have it available for my line. The pixel 10 in blue shows on my eip page. When I look at tlife it shows it's available for my line.

My understanding is that you can have multiple EIPs on the same line as long as they're from different promos AND you have enough credits for financing.

Can you change to a different trade-in phone if we drop it in store?
You can, make sure they update the IMEI on your account when you hand them the trade-in phone.

Call Tmobile or Costco and they can put the imei in even if it doesn't show up for you. Then it will show up as any phone any condition in their system
Can you please clarify on the above? When the trade-in IMEI shows "The IMEI number is not recognized. Please try again," you have to call or chat with T-Mobile online and ask them to add the trade-in IMEI into the system, and after that the IMEI should work and should show as "Any Trade Promo Smrtphne" when you try to enter the IMEI again to complete the order? Thank you.

Hmm, the same promo may be a problem for me. I went for it because the phone is going to be sold out soon. Blue isn't available anymore. Risking it on the same promo offer I guess. Different trade ins. Got one blue 10 and now just ordered the black. I'll pray.

I did that, but a different trade in phone was shown. Called a few times to have it fixed in vain. Cancelled the order and bought a cheap phone with IMEI for the trade in.
Did you get the error message "The IMEI number is not recognized. Please try again" before you call them? and did you see "ONLY Any Trade Promo Smrtphne" when entering the trade-in IMEI to complete the order after you called them?

Did they ask for the IMEI number for those flip phones? I spoke with a rep at the store, and she told me the IMEI has to show up in their system or they won't accept it. I have an old Android phone, not a flip phone, and when I entered the IMEI on the website, it didn't show up.

I completed my trade in online and have never done an upgrade through the Costco T Mobile line, but I will definitely do that next time since I missed out on the Costco Shop Card.

Thanks for the data point!
I had checked the phones on T-Life app and the IMEIs were not found. I told the agent this, she still took down all of the IMEIs and did not have any problem processing the transaction.

Got the phone earlier this week and dropped the XR off at the local store. My first Android and it seems fine as a spare.

I did 1 line upgrade previous week and 2 last night at the store, by ordering from the app & returning the phones at the store.
Just now got the sms from TMobile as below.
T-Mobile: The monthly bill credit for Google Pixel Promo with Trade (ID260229) on T-Mobile line xxxxxxxxxx has ended because the promo ended or your eligibility status changed. Learn more: https://secure.t-mobile.com/AccountPromo4
Did anyone get this and is it something to be concerned about?
I'm always worried of using the tmobile promos and this is another reason it's not changing.

All my lines are showing the correct promo, and -as you know- I dropped all the phones to a store. None of them has shown "confirmed" as the status.
Thanks for the reply. All my lines show the correct promo on my account page. The one trade-in where the phone matched the IMEI but was and any phone trade in shows received and assessed. Thought there was something else after that like a confirmation or email. The other line trade that had an MEID and not an IMEI but had notes from corporate to accept, still show the wrong phone and start your trade in. When I left the store I received a text it saying I was unenrolled from the promo on that line and then a couple of hours later received another text that said I was enrolled again. Should be okay and not much I can do till my next bill generates. Luckily 90 day Costco return policy so if there is an issue I will just return the phone. FYI, everyone customer service person I spoke to says that nobody cares if the phones match as this promo is so lax. They have to give you the IMEI must match policy because that's how it usually is.

My understanding is that once the store verifies and accepts it it's not our problem anymore. This is why it is why trade-ins in store are so much better than shipping.
That is what I thought and still think. Technically, the store has to mail it in and the warehouse looks at it and gives final approval but have not heard of anyone that had an issues after in store trade. Mine was a little less straight forward but all my lines now show the correct promo on my account page.

Pretty much. When I called I just gave them the IMEI and they did not say they couldn't see it in the system. When I went to trade it in it said any phone any condition under the make and model of phone. They have to complete the order for you, don't think you can do it on your own if it doesn't recognize the IMEI but not sure. Highly recommend calling the Costco number if just for the 90 day return policy instead of 14 days and a $70 restocking fee.
