I'm hoping that there will be another soon as well... my guess is that since T-mo posted not-so-great numbers of people leaving (upsets shareholders), they'll have more of these to "lock in" customers for 2 years.

Hope T-mobile bring back this deal. Was thinking the deals usually last couple of weeks or months and I should have time to do it ...

Can you trade in a recent phone like the S25 FE and get the 10 Pro for free or does the phone not matter and you still need to pay $200? I know the promo is over. Just curious.
You would still need to pay the $200 no matter what phone you traded in to get the 10 PRO, The basic pixel 10 you could have gotten for free. That's the bottom line. Better off Just keeping your s25 and purchasing a cheap TracFone for 20 bucks and using that as a trade-in. But yes, deal is dead. However, we do expect them to bring it back or some form of it.

Just an update, I went to a proper tmobile store (not a contract store) and the clerk still attempted to not do the tradein, he was trying to convince me to mail them in. I insisted so he did it. Interestingly, one of my tradeins had an issue, it showed up as 'black' although it was white. I was like, dude I don't know, I just put in the IMEI and that's what came up. In addition, he was like 'oh, these have cracked screens, I was like, so what? The promotion said any condition'. Anyway, later in the day I got an SMS from TMobile saying one of my promotions was cancelled. I login and I see it was the for that one phone with the color mismatch. I get on the chat in the app and they corrected it but it was an annoying additional 15 minutes I had to deal with to get it done. You basically have to be alert with all these trade ins.

Did the store give you a receipt for your trade in? You can also find the receipt from your account under activity. Does it show SKU: CONVDEFTRDIN, Description: CONVERTED DEFFERED TRADE-IN TURN-IN, and Order # with random alphanumeric characters? Also, does it show ACCEPTED OFFER and ORIGINAL OFFER on the receipt?

The promo cancellation SMS is normal and is done automatically by the system when there is mismatch between the trade-in info on the system and the actual trade-in device. You should receive another SMS a few hours later or the next day for the promo re-enrollment. Just check it on your account and make sure the trade-in value remains the same in this promo since it's any device any condition. The system will also automatically adjust the trade-in value for promos that depend on the device and condition.

I just dropped off my trade in devices at the store. I got a receipt that says "CONVERTED DEFFERED TRADE-IN TURN-IN" Is that what it is for everyone? When do you get a text / email saying the trade-in is accepted? Thanks
Yes, does the receipt show SKU: CONVDEFTRDIN and some random alphanumeric characters on the Order #?

You should get the text a few hours later or next day.

I will be turning in a different phone than the one I originally stated. Guess I have some headaches to deal with soon.

Depending on the store employees, you will be fine if the employees are knowledgeable and are willing to help. I think they don't get commissions for processing the trade in, so some employees may be reluctant to do it. The receipt will show ORIGINAL OFFER and ACCEPTED OFFER for the original trade in and modified trade in.

While you are at the store, ask them to look up your segmented offers under profile and take a picture. You would be surprised what offers you have there. I missed out on two free line offers from last year, which still show on my segmented offers but expired already. The offers were posted on here and on reddit, where I checked with TForce last year who said I don't qualified. The store employee dug deeper into my account and said I did qualify but can't add them anymore since they have expired. The store employee was very helpful and knowledgeable and said always ask for the promo ID number when they check to make sure they are looking at the right place and the right promo.

Thanks. I didn't get any text, but the promo still shows in the account.

Update: 1st credit was applied (under device financing installment). Bill will come in a few days.

No, the clerk said I didn't need one. Anyway, 2 chats in the app resolved the issue and they fixed whatever issue they had.

My bill generated and no change in monthly bill so very happy. They say you have 30 days to complete trade in so even though everything seems fine, will double check 30 days after I did the in store trade to make sure promotions are still on the account.

I Contacted tmobile via the T-Life app before doing this.

You can also bring it in the store and ask them to update it for you.

Of course you can also just send it in without doing anything and hope for the best.

I will attempt to return to the store tomorrow. Those of you who did it at the store level did you print out all the paperwork or are they pulling it from your account? Thanks.
