I received the Pixel about two months ago, and it hasn't been activated—it's still brand new in the box. I've already seen the bill credits applied on my statement.
Am I allowed to keep the Pixel unopened and still receive the $100 Costco gift card?
I was on a call with T-Mobile for an unrelated issue, and the representative told me I need to activate the Pixel within 60 days, or the bill credits may be removed. That got me worried—can you confirm if this is true?

Pretty sure that is not true. Costco has 90 day return period so if credits are removed you can return it.

Should not have gone up from this deal if you did the base model. When did it go up? It's over two months ago. Would have gone up on you March bill if it was because of this deal. Should be able to see the reason on your account. Good luck.

that should not matter
I've done several of these Costco deals and did not activate the devices and still got the rebates

I did have to activate them once I wanted them to be unlocked
Tmobile says 40 days of service. good thing I had a spare line that I kept that SIM card in the device
this is one reason that I dislike esim

The rebate status website says to allow 14 weeks for processing and yesterday marked 14 weeks since my purchase. I called the rebate customer service number today and they said Costco has been taking 16-17 weeks to process. I pushed this back 3 weeks on my calendar and if I don't have the Costco shop cards by then, I plan to try to escalate further.

You should be able to check your general promotion status at the T-Mobile Promotions Page [t-mobile.com]. Be sure to use the 'Check your submission status' link towards the bottom of the page.

The reward tracker indicates to "Allow 14 weeks From Request Received"... all of mine transitioned to "Get your Reward Now" over the last couple of days but the link leads to a T-Mobile Page Not Found site so I'm guessing it's another call to the T-Mobile Costco Line.

Added note: The representative at the Costco T-Mobile promotion line indicated the 14 week timeframe is only for approval, not for card shipment. They indicated it usually takes another 2-3 weeks for the card to be delivered. They recommended calling in after 17 weeks from your request received date if you haven't received your card and/or approval email by then.
