Still available with Lowes. This shed is not showing an included base/ floor. Just something to factor in. I still think it's a good deal, but I am unable to purchase. The county regulations will not allow unless I paint my house to match the shed colour.

They make a wire anchor system that has good reviews from Florida hurricane locations. That's going to be what I use on the 10x12 I picked up at Home Depot.

Wayfair has the same price, free delivery, and coupons worked for me, bringing it down another 10-15%. I still didn't pull the trigger. The Amazon review said it took 5 days to install.
