I also prefer how the climateline hose exits at 90 degrees and swivels on the 10 as opposed to straight out the back on the 11.

AS10 has a slightly overall larger and better tank design, but I haven't had a single problem refilling my tank 7 nights in a row. It doesn't tip over. It hasn't spilled nor leaked. It's not hard to remove or put back in. I fill it on a wood night stand because I've been so confident that it won't spill or leak. I know these aren't things you said, but I've read so many of these complaints elsewhere and issues with the tank seem overblown.

i see someone is selling their resmed10 for$125 on local postI is it worth or should i just get the 11?
I will meet the oop max this year but have to go through sleep study again(3+years and i never got that machine) and get machine. Very new to cpap, what other things i need, on mask which is a better one? My sleep is going to be very choppy after baby in May. So preparing on what i can
