Bought two of these when they were on sale a couple years ago for 12 dollars or something like that. I've put a few hundred miles on the first pair and still haven't used the second pair. They look good and feel good to walk in. Used them in Thailand whenever it rained instead of of my Ulukai leather pair. Haven't worn the Ulukai sandals since I got these unless it's somewhere more fancy like a restaurant patios for lunch

Very tempted due to the comments regarding good durability. $16 is not a crazy price. I wouldn't even hesitate if it was $10 i'd buy a bunch.

Yes you slide when wet and sweating. I have hyperhidrosis so I know. Also I have had 6 or more pair that the thong strap has broken after a little while. My feet sliding off the side probably doesn't help that. Hard on ankles when that happens. They do run true to size. If you're a half size I would size down.

These are great for a year or so (depending how much you use them) before the foam gets too compressed and they're no longer comfortable for longer period of time. Good deal at this price.

No way I'm going barefoot in the showers at the local gym laugh out loud This pair seems like it will be far more durable than similarly priced no-name flip flops sold in my local stores. I've worn two pairs of these out. It took about a decade of hard use to wreck both pairs. My current three pair are about three years old and still look great.
