Reviews on costco seem low. Like 3.8. Several saying bad delivery or arrived broke or broke in a year. That's a lot of cash if this isn't used and disposable

This item is not listed under the electronics return policy so you can indeed abuse it for a year and Costco will take it back (not that you should):

Electronics: Costco will accept returns within 90 days (from the date the member received the merchandise) for Televisions, Projectors, Major Appliances (refrigerators above 10 cu. ft., freezers, ranges, cooktops, over-the-range and under-counter microwaves, range hoods, dishwashers, water heaters, washers and dryers), Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Smart Wearable Devices, Cameras, Aerial Cameras (drones), Camcorders, MP3 players and Cellular Phones (return details will vary by carrier service contract).

For all those asking if Costco will take this back after you abuse it for a year, the answer is no. All electronics have a 90 day return window now, due to immoral customers returning 20 years old TVs. 🤣

I love how MP3 players are still listed individually. Do they even sell them anymore? Couldn't find any listed...

I bought a mid-level Osaki massage chair 9-10ish years ago and it's been great. Feels like the rollers could use some lubricating though. Back heating stopped working after taking it apart to adjust the inflating bags. I'm a bit reluctant about tablet model cause I find it hard to believe they're built to last 10years

Getting Costco to "take" it back is one thing. Actually "getting" it back to them could be a different story...

Would Costco take this back even though it's oversized if it breaks down after a year warranty? I thought certain things or oversized things were excluded
Costco will in fact take one of these back. We had a different model that shit the bed after a couple of years. We chatted with Costco and were even able to get them to pick the chair back up.

Bought similar one long ago - came with a bent leg support so it would pop and open poorly when using the raise leg part.

The company asked me to dispose of it and theyd send a new one.

Then new one arrived and asked me for the old one. I said "you guys sent an email saying dispose of it..." showed them the email and they arguably left the new one still even know didnt give the old one back because it was "disposed".

In reality It was in my moms room, gave it to her for free as an extra bday present lol

win!

This is one of those things that you can find used for dirt cheap, like 500 bucks on marketplace.

Yes Costco would take this back. I have returned entire outdoor patio sets.
I've returned a sectional sofa... twice.

I have the previous version / one step down of this chair. My wife or I use it every day. It's fantastic. Delivery was scheduled well, 2 guys brought it inside and took the boxes / trash with them. Super easy. No assembly required.
It gives a great massage. The only thing it can't do is quads, since it doesnt wrap around your legs.
I'm at the gym 6 days a week and play ice hockey at least once a week - and as a 45 year old man, I'm starting to get tired. But this 100% feels great and helps me feel better.

You can add a 4 year warranty for $75 or 3y for $59. You could get 7 of these for the cost of this one.
I have a generic 4d one I got for $800 a few years ago. Still working great and under warranty.

Do any of these have real leather? I refuse to buy furniture with plastic fabric, aka synthetic leather.

The black one was only $49.99. Shame it's out of stock.
