What about it sucked? Moisture? Tangles? Etc?

I'm new to 3d printing but comments, without any context at all, like this are not helpful.

I remember it being really hard to print. Not sticking to the bed and layers not sticking correctly. And yes, I used the recommended temps. It's been a while but I remember being extremely frustrated with this brand so I swore never to buy them again.

I had geetech dark green PLA it printed fine. The one brand i swore off was Sunluu pla pro in White. clogged 3 nozzles to the point of no return. It was so bad i had to just toss is out after only one successful print. From reading the previous comment i wonder if its a white PLA issue among these brands. I would suggest any beginner to research silk PLA before you buy any, the first time i printed with silk pla it was a moving part, the print seperated from itself as soon as I tried to move it.

I wholeheartedly disagree. I mean, sorry you tried it one whole time and didn't like it, but Geeetech is one of my favorite filaments, and their silk in particular is gorgeous. I've gone through dozens of spools of various Geeetech filament with zero issues ever. I've got at least 75 spools in Geeetech in various colors on hand and materials on hand but ordering more at this price.

The attached pics are a remote control cover printed in Geeetech sapphire blue silk PLA, straight out of the package with default PLA silk settings on my X1C. Flawless.

ETA: Just ordered another 20kg (5kg x 4 colors). Seriously, don't let one person's one-time experience turn you off from this brand.

That's a good point about beginners and silk PLA. Silk likes it hotter and slower than regular PLA, but it's worth the little extra time and effort. If you try to print silk PLA like standard PLA without doing any tests or adjustment, you may be disappointed with the results.
