Am on Simple Choice plan (SOC SCFUTT4) and T-Life app showed the Pixel promo for $800 (ID 260229) and not this iPhone promotion. Went to Costco, and the rep was able to check and confirm that the iPhone promotion (ID 260237) is available on my account. On 2/15 Ordered a 17 Pro with a trade in of iPhone 12 for a trade in estimate of $75.
Account Activity online today 2/16 showed a different promo id with a credit of only $3.13. Contacted support through T-Life chat and got confirmation that the $830 promo is available on my account and the current details shown in the activity is based on the $75 trade in estimate and the correct promotional Credit of $830 will get applied within 1-2 billing cycles after the trade device is received.

Thanks for the HU. I'm also on Simple Choice Plan and chat said "At this time, your account isn't included in that group." I see Pixel promo on T-life and not iphone for me.
Zero value for iPhone 17 but 800 bucks for Pixel 10 pro.
For iPhone, I've tried to trade in iPhone 14 and only seeing max of 300 bucks for trade in value.
I will get Pixel 10 pro to replace my Samsung S10e which works.

But after clicking into the details of said promotion it says:

My concern is that they're going to change my rate plan if I take advantage of this promotion or cancel/not honor the bill credits after the fact.
Anyone else have experience with this and can advise whether I should go for this deal or not?

R504 showed up immediately for me on my online account. The R499 promotions did not, which I hoped was because the Pixels were backordered. Well, the Pixels shipped today, and once I got the shipping notice: R499 EIPs / RDCs appeared correctly stacked with the existing EIPs / RDCs, account activity showed 4 promotion enrollments for R499, and each of the upgraded lines got a text message with R499.
So even though some agents might declare these to be CSR or T-Life only promotions, it worked for me at T-mobile @ Costco. Also, my broken, worthless trade-ins have not been used on my account; so the 60 days usage criteria does not seem to be enforced so far.
Once I get my new phones, I'll have to turn in these worthless trade-in. Once these trade ins have been processed, we'll know for sure if R499 and R503 sticks around. I'm not sure if I'll get the $100 Costco GC per line for upgrading, but at least I wasn't charged the $35 DCC fee and have a 90 day no fee return option.
