Is this even a good plan or worth keeping? I've actually been thinking about switching plans or maybe even opening a non-business account if that is better either with a different carrier or with T-Mobile. If anybody is knowledgeable about any of this, I would really appreciate it.

But I got lucky for Pixel 10 so received 2, and confirmed promotion was applied.

Reach out to T Force (chat T-mobile in Twitter or Facebook) and inquire. If you legitimately qualified for a promo but have not obtain it, T Force is capable of manually adding the promo or crediting the full amount, at their discretion.
You can also talk to T-mobile and ask. T-mobile offer retention benefits to those who are on the fence, including monthly discounts ($10 - $20) or phone upgrades.
T-mobile does not announce promotion end dates. Be careful about BYOD free lines; you can get EIPs on those lines, but you may lose the BYOD free line promo, YMMV. Best to get the EIP on a different line and use the device on the BYOD free line.
