If you're in NYC and having trouble with this offer (as the total keeps coming out to $358.31), use the generic promo code "Welcome" after entering your address and seeing the "Add promo code or gift card" option appear on the lower right portion of the checkout screen.

You'll have to pay shipping ($8.99), but you'll be over the $359 total to trigger the offer. My final total was $368.10 so I'm out of pocket $9.10 after the credit triggers. Not a bad deal.

P.S. - It's ridiculous that shipping is also taxed.

Use the code "WILL" and you can get $60 off any extra band. It will take off $60 max from any extra band you pick.

I've got a reserve and just wondering what everyone's plan is after year 1. I'm willing to give it a shot but it seems like renewals cost another $300+ per year if you want to keep the same features.

I had this offer on my Sapphire Reserve card, claimed it, and placed an order with an extra sports band on Friday. The order shipped on Saturday. I never received an email confirming that the offer was redeemed, and when I check my Chase account, I no longer see the offer under the "Added" or "Redeemed" sections. It's also gone from the available offers.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? Am I out of luck? If that's the case, I'll have to return it without opening the box.

I added it to my card. It showed that. I did order it. Now I dont see it on the card section of the offers showing added or redeemed? Has anyone else had this issue?

Just got the offer redemption email from Chase. From past experience, this is important for these high value offers else it takes a long time. I had a huge issues with the TUMI ShopatChase offer that was on my Reserve. Had to raise a claim etc. and took almost 6 months to get resolved.
