Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

Thank you for your tips. I also expect that the Apple Trade-In value for the iPhone 13 will drop because of this deal. I participated in the Metro iPhone 13 deal last year as well and traded it in for an Apple Gift Card. However, that guy said that once the iPhone 17e is released, this iPhone 13 deal will have no potential for flipping for profit, regardless of the current Metro deal. I didn't think the value would drop to that extent, which is why I kept leaving comments.
I already told you that, don't need the apple rep guy. It is so obvious. The s25 FE has so much more potential for $100 and then use it for full trade in value against the newest samsung by end of month. The iphone 13 is so old that there won't he any more physical sims at some point and can't even use it😂

Is your ultimate goal to obtain 4x/5x gift cards and buy the 17 pro max? Or just $100 profit for apple GC if you do this once?
I am out of that game I am only in it for one. I am going to use it on my Drone's flight controler so that I don't have to worry about jacking up my actual phone then I will just put it away until next year. I think I will also need a lighting to ucb C adapter. Any who we shall see if it ships.

I have gotten over 30 Metro phones. You can use them as WiFi devices or music players but they will still unlock if you activate them and just stick them in a drawer.
On day 366, can you port that number out? Or is that phone number lost forever?

Decent tablet looks like its cellualr modem only works with Tmobile but thats not a deal breaker cause I would never use the celluar modem in a tablet. Not sure if its just locked to thier network or if its locked and the celluar modem does not support the bands on other carriers

yes agreed (which I checked later) .. the only exception was the Galaxy Watch7 40MM which was showing as $200 for me. It didn't matter though as I chose the Galaxy Tab instead.

Depends on the carrier I have done it before most retain the line incase you pay next months bill. Contact your carrier or try chat GPT or other AI

BEWARE: I just tried to get this deal. I filled out all of the information online, even my credit card info and port out info. I have never used Metro before. When I got to the end to complete the sale, I got the message that I had to call in. I called in and after a back and forth with the Metro rep AND straight talk to release the number, I gave my credit card information over the phone, the rep (Luis) all of a sudden started mentioning that he's worried my credit card wont go through because i have a "#" in my address. I thought that was odd that he was already identifying a problem before even trying the transaction. Sure enough, he puts me on multiple holds to try the transactions and after about 3 "tries", he finally comes on and says his manager identified a "glitch" with the promo and that it's currently not available and thats why my transaction couldnt go through. He offered solutions like I could buy another iphone (16 - for more $) or an android. Luis then transferred me to a supervisor who was incredibly rude. Supervisor (Chero?) tells me there is no port out request and that they cannot help me with purchasing the phone because it is only an online deal. I told Chero I started online, but online directed me to call to complete the transaction. Chero said theres nothing they can do. I should have believed all the online warnings about Metro by Tmobile being a shady company. So somewhere out there "Luis" has all my credit card information. smh.
In exactly same boat, tried calling two times - both reps started to blame my credit card information. Obviously, there is some flag set why I can't place the order, but they couldn't tell me what the problem is. The second rep even hanged up when I told him it is not CC problem. Please share if you find solution - this is really weird

I have a Google Voice number but I never verified my identity, so I can't receive calls or messages at this Google Voice number. Can I still use this number to port-in to Metro?

Just so you know Most countries still use physical SIMS and Apple sells those countries iPhones with physical SIM tray...google it. This is an extremely popular version of the iphone (especially among international travelers) because IN THE US its the last iphone with a physical sim but not in the rest of the world they are still using physical sims That's a little more accurate than what you were posting.
But beyond that based your response your know nothing about this phone the Iphone 13 also supports two active eSIMs or one physical nano-SIM...smh So when the world runs out of physical SIMS as you state well you can use 2 eSIMS...I am just saying do your research before spouting off clearly an android user. No jugements but geeez...who is laughing now!

The agents are trained to be vague as to not assist you in gaming their system. Not rocket science. Your name and or address are marked for port in fraud in their system. Wait for a couple weeks and try again on the next deal.

I always got an error with online order.
I went to the store, and they charge me $55 tax on this phone, totaling ~$120.
Is this $55 tax normal in CA???
