What's the best way and cheapest to port out from Metro to another carrier to be able to port in again to Metro and get this deal again after getting the phone.

Yup, looks like that was the issue. Logged on to desktop and the option was right there. Thanks!

On day 366, can you port that number out? Or is that phone number lost forever?

I have gotten over 30 Metro phones. You can use them as WiFi devices or music players but they will still unlock if you activate them and just stick them in a drawer.
How do you not get flagged for ordering too many?

If you don't care about locked out then get it from cricket wireless in $50 with new line of $55. Two lines are more cheaper.
Cricket unlocks only after 6 months of paid service ? That means at least 300$

Lyca $5 plan, buy the plan, activate with eSIM + port-in, find your account/PIN in their online account and come back to Metro. Unless Metro has any limits or restrictions

i activated my iphone online, but the google voice number port looks half complete.

outgoing calls work, but incoming calls do not ring. They still ring inside google voice instead.

Texting.... I can text to and receive from my other verizon phone number, but i can't text any google voice numbers.

I can text to my Helium tmobile number, but can't receive texts from my helium tmo number. incoming text goes to old google voice app

Anyone else have this problem?

is this gonna require customer service manual processing?

should i wait a couple days or call metro now?

Do you rotate addresses that you sign up with? Credit cards? Email addresses?

When does Metro let you log in? I ordered the phone using GV, the order is placed but shipping is not done yet. when I try to log in it asks me for a phone number so I put the GV number and what I thought is a 8 digit PIN ( I may not remember the PIN at this point), reset PIN says the OTP is sent to GV number. Can you not login till you receive the phone, you activate the phone and then can get the OTP on the phone and then you get in. There is no option to get code via email.

Is it too diffcult to get GV number other than providing them with DL etc? I am just curious or there is a wait period involved.

correct, you need the phone in hand to get the OTP through sms
