Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

"Google Pixel" is the exact name of the email. Says "Ready for tomorrow?" in the preview text.

After speaking with Chase, I learned that the despite me filling out the secure payment forms twice and providing a Chase business credit card each time, Metro did not submit the card to Chase.
So, question for all you wise ones: Do you think Metro is more likely to do the transaction if a debit card is presented, instead of credit card? Or, has anyone had Amex or Discover credit cards go through without glitches?
Have you ever partaken in a Metro deal in the past? It's possible that Metro has banned you and now refuses to do business with you for whatever reason. Naturally, customer service never tell you that openly if you ask. But since Metro is refusing to even attempt to process your payment, I'm guessing that that could be why.

The Google Voice number will pass the initial check, but you won't be able to complete the purchase; an error will appear at the end.(for my purchase experience, anyone else?)

I tried the google voice, and went to the last step, but it threw me an error, then when I paid the 3$ to unlock and tried again, it wouldn't let me... Not sure if anyone else has any solution to this

I didn't know about the 3$ thing unfortunately...

Nope, your pin is the last four of your gv phone number. I've been doing this for years. The port out pin has always been the last four of your phone number.
I got my first phone by porting a GV #. The phone works, but Google Voice still shows that ported number. I want a new GV #. How long for Google to wipe it out, so I can get a new GV #?
