Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

This is a $23 plan with first month at $5 only. It is AUTO RENEWAL, you can't change it on the portal, they threaten you they will take away the promotional $5 pricing. If you think you will escape by porting out the number, they will still charge you repeatedly (google it) . ONLY use one time virtual credit card numbers.

saw the galaxy watch back in stock online and tried but order failed at last step, then I got desperate and called 888 number, used 3 different cards (disc/mc/debit) with phone agent, all failed. They even tried the tablet up-sale, but did not work. Told me to go to the store 😭
Anyone had success going to the store to add watch line?

i was having the same issue with the adding another iphone 13, called 3 different times and passed around, was unable to complete the order and the rep just hung up on me.

If you ported out the number then there is nothing for them to charge you as you are not part of their network anymore.

I got the iPhone 13 a few days ago. Paid $3 to unlock a Google Voice and imported it to Metro to get the iPhone. Had a little hiccup activating and logging into Metro website as an existing customer due to user error, but I eventually figured it out. Just placed the order for the Galaxy Tab! I had to switch from Chrome to Firefox because Chrome wouldn't load the next page to input the payment method. Waiting for my tablet to arrive in a few days.

I am also unable to place the order. It seems they put a maximum thresold of 2 devices only.
