Go to a shoe store that has a brannock device and have them help you measure your feet. If you order shoes online, these measurements will help guide you on shoes that will fit better.

I'm not sure how it all works, but sometimes they have really good deals on brand names. They recently had Marmot tents and Salomon shoes marked way down.
