Only issue I've had with this and even with WaterPik, they get moldy overtime. I air it out every time but its what you don't see. This also goes for all coffee brewers as well.
Stagnant water = mold
To avoid this, you have to run vinegar every 1-2 weeks. It's also never as good as flossing but this is better than nothing.
