I asked the rep in the chatted in Dec, if they have any retention offer for existing customer. He gave me the Unlimited Starter for ~$200, that was the current sale price for new customer. You can try.

I've also had them honor some but not all sales. Though, it's not like this is unique to them, many carriers are just trying to get transfers via new customer deals.

Can someone please explain how their network switch work? I'm totally confused with the way they explain in on their website. I'm interested in their top plan with "Free Network Transfers" so I guess I get the best coverage. So does it default to the Dark Star and when network is congested it will go to Warp or Light Speed? Or you can manually just go to the better one?

Yeah it's the same way porting your number to another service works. You fill out a form and wait awhile and your number is on a new service.

The gimmick is you can use all the services. But it's an MVNO so you are a second class citizen on the towers. Frankly, being cheap wasn't worth not being on Tmobile proper.

The gimmick is a pain to use, it takes awhile, nothing is automatic.
