Is this for the product itself or things like filing fees, or both?

Tax products or services purchased directly from Turbo Tax (not outside retailers) per the terms in the OP.

This is not new, and it's not targeted; everyone got it over a month ago The best use is if you have the 25/30% off deal from Fidelity since you can stack it when buying the software from TurboTax directly. If you have it on multiple cards and have to pay for state e-filing, you can use it for that as well. There is a $20/40 offer from Amex that's a better deal unless you spend over $65.

Hey Bill, long time no see/interact! How are you?

As for not targeted, I have three chase cards, definitely didn't have this in my sapphire, but did in my Chase Ink. It may not be new but it wasn't shared, so it is new if you didn't know about it.

It works on state e-filing fees. I've used it for a few years through Chase Offers. There are also minimum spend TurboTax offers through Chase Offers, but almost all of those are higher than the state e-filing fees.

Good point. I didn't see anything mentioned in the offer details for minimum spend.

I don't see any exclusion so I think it should work as long as you checkout thru the linked site

Thanks for the tip, however, I noticed that both chase and amex have their own affliate links, would they stilll honor the offers if they're purchased thru fidelity's affliate link in stead of their own?

This is for online filing only. The desktop version is so much better than the online it isn't even close. Not worth 30% discount if you have any bit of a more complicated tax situation. Also doesn't cover trust or business.

It doesn't say desktop purchase is excluded?
