If you're looking to get no rush credits, I more often get them when ordering 2 or more different items at the same time. So try combining purchases at the same checkout.

Weird, I am in an Antarctica cruise and did not get the promo while clicking the link here with VPN back to home. Today, I did not bother to use VPN, but the link works. I guess Amazon does not check the location for this promo.

Hoping for a good movie to be on sale for $6 or less that's Movies Anywhere compatible. I do wish it was clear where on Amazon's movie pages they'd indicate if it's MA.
