We have the purple 4 going on roughly 10 years now so one of the best purchases I ever made has been a fantastic mattress

Have been sleeping on a purple 4 for the last 4+ years. When it's time is up, I'll get another one. Superb comfort.

From what I can tell, this is closest to their Purple Plus model so not the entry-level for them. According to Purple "The only difference between the PurplePlus® Mattress and the PurpleRenew® Mattress is a Costco-exclusive, two-tone cover on the PurpleRenew® Mattress." Purple has their Plus models for the Queen at $1899 (on sale for $1599 now) and King at $2399 (on sale for $2099).

Naplab gave it an 8.14/10 and the review is here:
https://naplab.com/mattress-revie...ew-review/
That review is a bit confusing. It sounds like 8.14 is a great score, but they say it ranks in the bottom 20% of all the mattresses they tested -
"The simple truth is you can find numerous other mattresses with better performance for far less money. In my view, the only compelling reason to go with the Renew is if you simply have to have and love the Purple grid material."
So it sounds like they don't recommend it

He's also calling it over priced at $1,399 not $800.
So, I'm torn.

Also Sex score is 7.9, which is less than desirable. If it was 6.9, I'd bite.

Is purple worth the price tag? This looks more like their entry point mattress
They do last. Comfort is dependent on the person. I don't think I'll ever need a new mattress? Unless I want one.

Thank you.
I wanted a purple mattress for the longest time after trying it in store. At this price I had to pull the trigger.
My FSA will cover most of the cost too.

How do you get FSA/HSA to cover it?
