I'm not sure why all the commenters here are thread crapping, this is considered the best bang-for-your-buck entry level wheel/pedal/shifter set in every driving sim discussion forum I've checked, with most folks on Reddit giving it very high marks at this price point.

If you're just getting into driving sims or want to grab a wheel set before Forza 6 comes out this is a great budget set at a good price and MUCH better than most of the wheels that hit the front page here on Slickdeals.
