At this point, for just $260 more I'd get the base 17. Other than the missing telephoto lens, it is objectively better in almost every single way than the 15 Pro, and, brand new from Apple (not an Amazon refurb).

I got a 15 pro on day 1 - I don't use my phone heavily, but mine's still reporting 99% capacity @ 211 cycles after 2+ years. It still does 3-4 days on single charge. FWIW, I have had it capped at 90% charge for most of its life.
Good phone. Slightly tempted to upgrade to the 17 Pro though for its 48mp wide & telephoto cameras. They're noticeably less sharp than the main camera on the 15 Pro.

These amazon refurbished units are great. Got two this year. They both look minty.
I also recently got a Renewed Premium iPhone from Amazon and everyone I show it to cant believe it is a refurb! The only problem I had was on the accessories. That space in the box was empty but was resolved with a replacement of original Apple accessories with a call to support.
In the future if I need another iPhone will def look for the Renewed Premium!
