Yeah 1 year Acer warranty, I went ahead and took a gamble on it since my Amex card offers an extra year warranty since it's manufacturer refurb + warranty.

NOT a good deal. This only has a 90 day warranty if purchased through Best Buy. If you purchase from Ebay you get a 2 year Allstate warranty for $56 more. 90 day vs 2 year for $56?????? It's a No Brainer!

Yeah I see it now, I'll see what happens when it arrives, usually all it takes is emailing support and they'll extend it to avoid another return. When I first looked all I saw was the guy trolling in the Q&A, and this in the actual listing specs.
