Be sure to try a different dealer/zip code. Every SE dealer I checked was offering the 25% off.
What is the part number? I'll check a couple for you.
Hi thanks Im gonna order
CV Axle: 43420-06B00 (corrected oops)
lock nut: 90080-17238
oil seal: 90311-50064

2007 lexus es350

The axle alone is 888 msrp at dealership but with this promo I can get all 3 for under 500 which I will do today.
already did the pass side and that was a pain in the ass lol. All good though!
THANKS!
update:
just got quotes from Toyota Decatur all 3 items, free shipping, no tax to NY about $480!
Gonna wait a hr before ordering just in case.
For OEM honda parts, I love Majestic/Honda Automative/Balise in MA.
Aside from Serra Toyota, anyone else have a rec before I order?

CV Axle: 43420-0B600 or 43420-06B00?
Yeah, Serra shows $478.51 shipped.
Biggest thing I hated on our Saab 92x (rebadged WRX) was the CV axles. At least there were readily available aftermarket axles for a lot less than OEM. Son has the car now.

I have bought from Arlington Toyota Zip 32225. Price seemed higher when I checked so be sure to look at that.

I really like Serra Toyota. I have purchase most of the consumables for my Wife's Lexus from them. I have used them for years. Shipping times are a little slow right now due to sales volume.

No way, i need rock auto. What the hell, when did this happen?

edit: just logged into my account and this is not true at all.. all my orders from them had taxes added over the years and they still ship to AZ. why make shit up?
I'm in AZ and tried to place an order and it went all the way to payment but failed - finally got the message on the checkout page that they will not ship to AZ so at least for me, Rock is off the table

Awesome WDEagle! Good catch on that. Im actually quasi debating if I should rebuild the axle with the inner and outer boot kits. Sigh. Decisions right.
Doesn't look hard at all, just time consuming. Most likely will just get the axle. Thank again.

THANK YOU! Will check them out for sure!
BTW I am assuming these parts come from Toyota and not the dealerships/parts stock/inventory? In which case it is just a matter of finding the best parts dept, who ships fast and promptly.
The boot kit is 044280W070 and it's like $50. I can add some other stuff to make it free shipping.
Gotta decide if rebuilding a 20 YO axle is worth it. sigh.

God speed. I did that repair to my 2012 this fall. It's not particularly difficult but man things are tough to get to.

Arizona is suing RockAuto for back taxes and unfortunately RockAuto simply stopped shipping to Arizona.
AZ suck ass for that

And RockAuto really sucks ass for stopping AZ sales in attempt to garner consumer backlash ...truly pathetic

screw it, ordered the axle, seals and locknut from Serra Decatur. No rush, just the boot spewing grease hah.
Plan to keep the car forever so why not. I think the driver side axle is jealous of the newer pass axle!

This deal kinda makes me miss my 1998 Limited 4Runner! Fully loaded, bought for $6K off Craigslist. 9 years later, sold for $6K on Craigslist. I only changed the oil and plugs. I'm sure it's still going STRONG, unless he took it off-road a TON.. It was a Tahoe snowmobile for me mostly.

Most of the mechanical parts are the same. Figure out the comparable Toyota model to your lexus and confirm if the parts you need are interchangeable and order them using the Toyota part number.
I'm aware of that. Unfortunately this time, it's a body part that I need.

That's not how the program works. Toyota ships all the parts that you order to the dealership that you choose, and Toyota pays that dealership to fulfill the order. The dealership does not pull from existing stock. This is firsthand information that I received from the Parts Manager at my local dealership.
Funny as my knowledge was via a conversation with the parts manager from Decatur the last time Toyota ran a 25% off sale last year. Perhaps they function differently based on online presence (Decatur probably sees more volume than your local as they are known for lower "everyday" prices") but nonetheless, patience is necessary.

Knocked it out last month on my '12 plugin taking my time over half a day or so. Frustrating at times for sure, but relatively simple. $800 for both parts with stacked discounts. Been noisy for years, but would never throw a code for the enhanced toyota warranty replacement. Finally just failed a couple months ago
