I've had this exact chair for about 2 years. I'll give you a quick summary.
Pros:
Good, strong massage for back
Love the 4D +/- controls for getting a deep tissue massage
Good foot massage, tight airbag squeeze + rollers
Cons:
Not an SL track, it only goes down to lower back and stops, so it doesn't massage your butt or thighs
No rollers for the calves but does have tight airbag squeeze

Deal breaker con that makes me regret purchasing it:
It's made for shorter people. I'm 5'11 and I can't fully lay back with my legs flat, my knees have to be bent so I don't get a good leg massage. Also the arm/hand massage is short so I have to pull my elbows back and curl my hands for them to fit into the massager.
Overall, if you're 5'8" or under, it's a good purchase if you want great back, shoulder and neck massage and don't mind not getting a glute and thigh massage. If you're taller than that, highly recommend looking for something more accommodating for taller people.

EDIT: I paid $1800 2.5 years ago

Tempting. But if you don't like it (and want to return it) it costs $560 (two-way shipping cost) to return it.

Oh crap just ordered by mistake. $1300 delivered to my house?? yes, please. Sometimes I gotta just get out of my head. Our Best Buy $200 Black Friday chair has been completely worn out. I think it was a "gateway" massage chair. This one should be an upgrade, and it matches our leather couch too. I'm getting rid of the loveseat that's across the room that my wife sits in too often, and putting this one right next to where I sit. She'll be like a honey bee to a flower, and might even let me use it too. This is a nice way to begin our 30th trip around the sun together.

Got this chair a few months back from this same seller after reading the many positive reviews on SD. Paid $1500. For $1300, I would definitely recommend.

It will massage glutes, depending on the setting/mode.

I wish the controller was better/modern and the timer could be extended past the 15 or 20 minute default.

We had an issue with the delivery but that was due to the delivery company. Clearance chair was kind enough send a goodie bag for the hassle.

It does seem a bit strong at first but now I have it on the max intensity.

Also 2.5% cashback.

I can't deselect the white glove delivery and the warranty. Is anyone else having problems with that?

Doesn't give the option to unselect white glove or 1 yr warranty thus raising the price to $1800
