And careful of any stitching between fingers... had some stitching loosen between index and thumb to make a tiny hole and a hot pan caught the webbing between those fingers on my hand...

Is there a specific product with individual fingers you recommend?

As was said, any of the copies are fine. I have these. I'd recommend a pair with the grippy texture.

However, ones with individual fingers aren't fully silicone, and fabric rips quickly. Besides, they aren't too resistant to heat. I bake bread, and usually sew hard fabric like denim over the finger surfaces to maintain the those gloves and add heat resistance.

They're rated for over 1400 degrees, nearly 3x was the OP gloves are. Been using the pair I linked for nearly 5 years.Wink
