They didn't ship for over two weeks and when they did, they sent 3x priority mail packages from CA to NY. They arrived and were super tiny... Because they were folding fabric ottomans lol.
It took over an hour dealing with a support agent and the returns process to get this logged properly and I had to bring the stuff to a UPS store to send back to finally get refunded.
I use AliExpress very often - I don't think I'll ever buy with this seller again, though. They didn't respond to messages at all and I had to go direct with AliEx support.
