not sure what I'm doing wrong--I don't see the 30% S&S coupon. still, even without the 30% off the 24 oz is a better deal

costco sells at 8.89 too so anything under that for 24 oz is good. Difference is that Costco one is pretty course and shows more ingrediants vs simple powder. Thanks.

I also don't see the 30% coupon. Dead for that portion I guess.

Not sure who qualifies for the 30% coupon, so YMMV. I currently have prime if that makes any difference. I left the previous comment immediately after getting the coupon and checking out with it. I didn't look to see what other items qualified for it.

How many S&S coupons does Amazon give you? I feel like I used them maybe four or five times and then Amazon stopped offering them to me, like maybe a year ago. This site is a bit useless without them.

How does this stuff taste vs (and stay with me here) Taco Bell ground beef seasoning as that is my gold standard (DONT JUDGE ME lol)?

while I like taco bell good enough, I actually never cared for their seasoning packets when I make my own at home, always thought it was dull, McCormick is a pretty classic choice here and do recommend it as it has better flavor IMO. Beyond that it's also easy to make your own at home (tons of recipes online, just throwing common spices together) and customize your taste.

When my last big jar of McCormick ran out I bought a few packets to try different brands then got a deal on a bottle of Ortega, but it turned out to contain Maltodextrin which makes me feel like I'm starving 10 minutes after eating it. I don't recall enough about the other brands to comment on them, but I didn't like any of them as much as McCormick classic. I'm still curious about the McCormick Premium, but being that it was supposed to be a new formula and people disliked it so much that they had to bring back the old formula as "Classic", I'm not curious enough to spend money on it.
