I can't believe people are still falling for unsubstiantated and baseless fearmongering of seed oils despite overwhelming evidence showing that they are safe and healthy in moderate quantities.

Lol please get educated yourself, Olive oil comes from the pulp of the fruit not the seed smart one, you instantly lost all your credibility, the same with coconut oil it comes from the MEAT of the coconut.
My God you don't give up do you? Sunflower seed oil is made of what? Unicorn poop? It's the meat of the sunflower.
You don't think when they are pressing the olives, which again is a seed, that the pit oils don't come out?
It's how you make the oils that's more important.

Lol, lets see crushing only pits to get oil or crushing a whole olive with yes the pit included but it producing a negligible amount of oil, or crushing nothing but pits to make something super ultra processed.... Yeah that's a big difference. So your comparing something that adds less than 5% as a quick google search will tell you to oils that are 100% crap...

While its not the norm, that is slowly changing because now pitting machines are so good that its no longer laborious to do and many companies are jumping aboard that band wagon and only crushing the flesh.

Comincioli (Italy): Known for pioneering denocciolati oils, producing intense, bright green, and fruity oils from Casaliva and Leccino olives.
Olive Pit (USA): Offers specific varietals such as Manzanillo and Ascolano that are pitted prior to being first cold-pressed.
Figone Olive Oil (USA): Produces high-quality olive oils in California, often utilizing refined, modern techniques.
The Olive Press (USA): Produces California olive oil with a focus on modern, clean, and efficient,, milling techniques.

Olive oil is generally only made from the olive flesh, much like coconut oil, palm oil, or avocado oil. It's a fruit oil, not a seed oil.

Now if you buy olive kernel oil or palm kernel oil, those are the oils made from olive and palm seeds. Likewise, sunflower seed oil is made from sunflower seeds, so it is a seed oil, not a fruit oil.

There is plenty of research to show correlation between cancer and seed oils, but most of it is very recent and needs more studying but those of us who been right about everything else so far already know the real truth. There is a reason science gets buried when it goes against big profit and using oils that were only usable for greasing industrial equipment and then feeding it to people yeah no thank you....

Also what a joke in moderate quantities which is impossible since they are in EVERYTHING YOU EAT if you shop at a grocery store so that moderate goes out the door, lol. You know how hard you have to look for items that dont have seed oils I DO, even in healthy food stores less than 10% of the products dont have seed oils and I usually pay a premium for them.

As for that research in the last year a new study from Florida shows the link.

The "references" are web hype based on public relations from the same general group in FL (the NY doctor posting is a reference to the FL posting and grant *for stydy*). None of this is from any peer reviewed study/trial in a referred medical journal. Hence this is mere hypothesis.

I guess you missed the part where I mentioned only recently did scientists start looking into this link.

Well here you go another study since the one from FL was not to your liking, link of seed oils to breast cancer from last year.

Weird how all these links just keep popping up.....

Yes, I was going to correct that also. But the person makes a valid point. If you consider toxins in the air, toxins in the water, steroids and antiobiotics in some meats...seed oils fall way down on the list of potentially harmful things if they are moderately consumed. As far as research goes it's easy to exaggerate an outcome that you want to be true- just ask the drug companies.

How is 3 pounds of rice for $9.50 a hot deal?

Vote manipulation.

Just buy a 5 pound bag of rice for $4.67 on the front page and add your own herbs, garlic, onion powder, splash of lemon, a little vinegar
