I have the original version of this that doesn't have any connectivity. There are VASTLY superior models of robot mowers out there now but if you want to dip your toes into this kind of things, this is an absolute steal. Do research and make sure any robot mower will work with your yard because it fits still take some maintenance. For me, the benefits far outweigh the upkeep. It won't be the latest and greatest but I've had mine running for roughly 5+ years and it shows zero signs of slowing or battery degradation in South Georgia heat. I've had to replace the snap on casters once each but that isn't bad with how much I have it set to run

Mine is 5 years old. Battry needed to be replaced last year. Doing a decent job. I wouldn't bother with a guidewire model these days. Too much hassle, and I had to repair the wire many times. Something chews through it.
I think Amazon matched Tractor Supply./

Believe they may have demoed one at CES or one of the similar shows in the last few months. Not positive

I really want to switch from my lawn service to a robomower but will wait until boundary wires aren't needed. With my driveway, fences, and patio, it's too complex to setup the wires.

The Amazon listing for this is really misleading though. "Patented guidance system" in the title then the boundary wire detail is buried halfway through the pictures. Terrible.

Not OOS....just Temporarily OOS. Which means they usually will ship them in a few weeks or so. If they were actually out of stock, the listing would say "Unavailable". It's rare that Amazon actually cancels these.
"Temporarily out of stock.
We are working hard to be back in stock. Place your order and we'll email you when we have an estimated delivery date. You won't be charged until the item ships."

EDIT: I have to apologize. On this particular item, it is NOT letting me order it. I can put it in the cart, but at checkout it won't let me order. Sorry, EagerTank9788, I was wrong on this item.
