This 20,000mAh Anker power bank stands out for high output and laptop charging, with enough capacity for roughly 72 watt hours and up to 200W across three ports. Real world runtime depends heavily on the device, from around 20 minutes at a full 200W load to well over an hour for a typical 40W laptop draw. The main caveats are the lack of PD 3.1 support and reports that some larger laptops need far more wattage, with one firmware update tied to capacity fixes and another report of sparking at the foldable plug. A strong compact backup if your laptop fits its power limits.
The power bank can run a laptop during real browsing with measured system draw around the high 30W range.
The power bank's real-world performance can be evaluated by measuring actual power draw and heat with a wattage meter.
A firmware update reportedly fixed capacity issues, which may improve how the unit reports or behaves.
The power bank reportedly lacks PD 3.1 support, which can limit compatibility with some devices.
A 17-inch Lenovo reportedly will not even trickle charge unless the power bank provides at least 230W.
The foldable plug reportedly caused visible electrical sparks after fewer than 100 charging cycles, creating a safety concern.
Runtime can be much shorter at very high continuous draw, with estimates around 20 minutes at 200W.

MacBook Air, which is considered on the low end due its efficiency draws 30W, while a 16" MacBook Pro draws from 96W or 140W.. a 13" MBP draw like 60W..
However, gaming Laptops draws significantly more, something like a 15" Asus ROG Zephyrus uses 200W. Course your screen size, brightness, CPU, Graphics card and battery's condition all have an effect on its wattage usage.
B. even if you were, would you rather charge at 50w and take 4x as long? i'm not sure what the complaint here is.
if you are complaining that its not big enough then your problem is with the capacity 20,000mAh, not its charging speed?
The foldable plug began causing visible electrical sparks after only a few months of light use (fewer than 100 charging cycles). This presents a serious safety concern and should not happen under normal conditions.
Because of these safety and compliance issues, I cannot recommend this item.
Naturally, power draw will be a bit higher at the wall due to inefficiencies in the power supply.
By contrast, a more typical Latitude 5530 with an i7-1265U CPU is pulling 32W average while browsing. Not a huge difference, though you can certainly feel it in your fingertips when it's coming through the keyboard

Not saying that those computers won't draw that much under load or when charging, but they aren't running at full tilt all the time.
