Does Anker honor it's warranty for used products? Because getting their reliability and then customer service to back it up is one of the key value propositions of buying their stuff.
72 watt-hours*, so about 20 minutes if you had devices pulling a full 200W continuous. If one was using a more typical laptop pulling a fairly aggressive 40W, I'd expect over 1.5 hours of runtime.

Curious what laptop you are using if you consider a 40w draw aggressive. My work laptop is powered over USB-C and draws 65W
Have one. There was a firmware update that fixed capacity issues. You would need to get Anker app and update firmware. Not sure if this already has the update.
