Super annoyed by the skimpy trade-in value for the S23 Ultra - gap between generations used to be smaller, plus they're shrugging at the value of double my RAM (512 GB), no benefit. Samsung, you're losing my business for the first time in over a decade. Heading over to Pixel now, after a few years of the S23 Ultra having a BETTER camera with 10x periscope than the later models, even now.

Free memory upgrade but they charge sales tax on the full phone cost. Samsung deducts the trade in and then charges tax.
With $50 PayPal code and s25 Ultra trade, my price is $379 from Samsung and $523 from Best Buy. 256gb to 512gb isn't worth $150 to me. Plus, I'll have the phone and week early from Samsung.

Unless something has changed, BB has always refunded tax on TIV.
