i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

over 95% chance that it continues past the pre-order date. Last year, it was the same. The pre-order promo has it going until 3/10. Then once the 11th comes around, they will update it from 3/11 till whenever it expires (most likely mid-April). The $200 storage upgrade promo is 100% in the pre-order period only. If you want to do the trade-in at the store, wait till 3/11.

I traded in a S25 and when they received it, they said it was a different phone. I think a Note 20. I asked them for pictures of the phone they processed and they refused. I sent in pictures of the phone and IMEI and video proof of me resetting the phone at UPS and packing it, but they refused to budge. It was either I take their offer or take $0.

Another issue wasn't really Assurant's fault, but I had 1 S25 get lost during shipment, but they credited it to me.

Not seeing it on the spectrum site but is there a duration you have to keep the spectrum phone plan? I see people mention 60 days for unlocking.

yes, you have keep the phone line active for at least 60 days from activation date, before you can request Spectrum's customer service to unlock the device. That is for the paying for the new phone in full.
