i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

Is anyone going through this?

I places an order yesterday and got a text later saying that more information is needed and asked to verify my identity and I did that. I got the same email and text again after an hour. I called the number listed in the email and they said that they did receive all the information needed, but I got the same text again in the evening and also this morning does anyone know? Does anyone know what's going on?

I just talked to an online rep and they said the trade-in device has to be network unlocked. Anyone else get this?

Currently online its showing that promotion is valid till 3/10. Will they have different dates for store trade in or extend the dates?? Debating whether to do it online or wait for store as don't want to miss out.

Nope, that online rep is wrong. Ask the rep where did it say that on their website? Based on the current trade-in online and last year trade-in online or in-store, they never required network unlocked phone.

decided to roll the dice with the s26 ultra pre-order. Feel like its worth it to get the free storage upgrade with the current outlook for flash storage prices and availability. may help the resale value.

it does not. only the 1 TB version has 16gb RAM. Unfortunately, spectrum does not offer it.
