i remember last year, people who did pre-order and mailed in their trade-in's were having issues with getting trade-in credit to show on their account, even after 2-3 months. Think i'm gonna go with trade-in at store again for this year.

i just did some testing, and $200 discount shows up on s26 plus and 26 ultra , but not on the s26 base.

did my 4th s26 today in-store and went smooth. When I tried to do a 5th line, they were not able to. They ask me to come back in 2 hours and try again. What is the max lines I could do in-store? And am I able to do 5th line via online? thanks!

Per rep, max 20 new lines in the account. Not sure about specific number in-store.

Yes, call customer service and they will resolve your issue. Last year the rep checked out S25 wrong for me, then I called customer service and they resolved that issue quickly by converting 36 months to full payout. I meant regular 36 months without any bs attachment in it right? Make sure like that.

Do I need to pay for the remaining balance first, then get refund with an agent? Can this kind of refund put back to my bank/checking account instead of the credit card used for the payment?

Last year, I paid in full and the credit appeared in my account immediately. I then contacted customer service to have it refunded to my card. Did you pay any tax at the store?

It is a mess. I recommend you to call agent to resolve your issue because it involves the $700 promotion. When I see the balance of $1099.99 from in-store trade-in, all I can is something wrong. What is the point of trade-in in-store instead of online? To get $700 promotion instantly. Your balance didn't include promotion and maybe because you finance 36 months.
