It's great unless you use phone calls over the internet like the Ooma phone service. Then it's not so good...the calls break up alot...at least they did for me. Other than that, the speed was pretty good.

When you said speed was good, are you on the cheapest "Rely home internet" plan or the top tier?

I wouldn't say top tier. As I remember, which was a couple of years ago in the DFW area, I got maybe 200-300mbps at the highest for $50/mo. I don't remember what plan it was. But that worked well for me other than the phone over internet issue. I've since switched to Frontier 500/500 for about $30/month and that's been much better...with 3 year guaranteed price and I'm about 6 months into that.

They won't give you the rebate. Look at all the recent posts on other thread. They play games, make up random problems that didn't happen and make you wait months

Agreed! Shitty ass practices! Verizon is the same, never got my free Meta Quest 3S. Returned the gateway and they still charged me for the service and the gateway! Customer service is awful, they don't do their job, they say they'll get everything fixed and just keep you on hold!

There is no speed difference from the lowest tier to the highest. Check the "broadband facts" when comparing plans on the site. All three are the same.

I signed up for a similar (same?) deal in August. I had the $200 back before I even spent that much. I really had to pay attention to the details and I stumbled upon a reddit post about this, so I followed it to the letter.

What one do you have/recommend and how far away are you from the nearest tower?
