They won't give you the rebate. Look at all the recent posts on other thread. They play games, make up random problems that didn't happen and make you wait months

Edit: Some of you replied you keep screenshots and always get yours. I'm not new to this. I've done it before also. This time they really put up a fight and gaslighted me. They even resubmitted my rebate and created a new entry ID offer after the one I applied for was supposedly ineligible, the new one is currently still pending after two weeks. I signed up beginning of Dec....

Agreed! Shitty ass practices! Verizon is the same, never got my free Meta Quest 3S. Returned the gateway and they still charged me for the service and the gateway! Customer service is awful, they don't do their job, they say they'll get everything fixed and just keep you on hold!

In the rebate form, it asks Phone number as last thing. Is it my existing phone number or the new phone number assigned to Home Internet? The form says "Choose the phone number you would like to send the reward to." so it needs to be my existing T-Mobile cell phone number but in the FAQ it shows the new line number for Home Internet.
You receive your rebates by text message to the number you give them.

Can confirm the other comments. I never received the rebate even after inquiring about it. Internet is great though! it is saving me $50 a month over what I was using before and is faster.

Had to jump through hoops and provide evidence that I was eligible (kept screenshots of when I signed up) but eventually got the $. For me it was in the form of an account credit which was fine with me since I'm already a cell customer.
that should NEVER be "fine with me". The only correct way is to force them to give you the mastercard and cancel all services.

We all choose our own battles. I chose to waste no more of my valuable time or thoughts on the issue. Made zero real world difference that the $ was in the form of a credit to my account. In fact, it made things easier since I didn't have to wait potentially weeks for a credit card that might never come. I could see the credit on my account immediately. Had I not been a (happy) cell customer, I'd have obviously chosen a different path. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I just signed up for this last week. They already appear to be pulling the bait-and-switch with the pricing. I signed up for the mid-tier plan at $40 per month. No ambiguity in the terms or pricing. The first bill in the app shows $62.10. It is not applying the $20 per month discount "Guaranteed for 5 years". I know what's coming trying to get this resolved. Very shady way to try and scam brand new customers right out of the gate.
My first bill in app showing the same. Did you call them to fix it and how easy is thar

Nope. That is the scam! They refused to honor the price and instead offered a "one time $30 credit". I cancelled immediately and have been dealing with far worse scammy practices getting them to refund the money they stole from my account. I am honestly considering suing them over my experience.

Follow up on my experience: Absolutely DO NOT sign up for this!!! I am currently going through it with this scam of a company. I signed up for $30 per month. Confirmed it and got screenshots. They then billed $62.10 on the first bill and claimed the original offer never existed. I cancelled immediately and returned their equipment to the store to avoid them claiming that they never received the equipment. All within 7 days of starting service. There is a 15 day free trial. THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I spent 40 minutes on the phone today. They claim that they need the warehouse to scan it in and they will "credit my account". When I see the email stating that my account has been credited, I NEED TO CALL BACK to request the money be refunded to my account. T-Mobile is a scam company. There is absolutely no other way to explain how they are doing business like this. When I asked the rep if it would be possible to put a note on my account to refund it automatically, she literally hung up on me. Never, NEVER do business with this company.

This is how the scam works. They show that the codes will work and give the monthly cost at sign up. They then bill you for the full amount and refuse to honor the terms you signed up for. When you cancel within the trial period, they literally steal the money out of your bank account and refuse to give it back. I have spent hours on the phone so far battling them to get the money that they took. I am looking into a class action lawsuit right now. They intentionally do not have email or chat available to ensure you can't document their actions. The entire company is a scam. STAY AWAY!!!

Phone hotspot has low speed cap. Home backup plan has about ~130GB limiy of fast speed internet. Or regular plan have no hard limit on usage.

There is 20OFFINTERNET code to bring the monthly bill down to $30.

Just to reiterate: That code will ONLY work if you already have TMobile for a cell provider. Otherwise, they will apply the code and promise you $30 per month when you sign up then refuse to honor the price when your first bill comes. Stay away! T-Mobile is outright scamming their customers.
