I have this one and the one from Malco. The difference is day and night. The Dewalt is tad too shallow and does not cover the bolt heads completely, maybe 0.5-1mm difference. That's enough for the tiny bolt head to get stripped. Great for underbody shield removals on german cars.

Yes, they are held by pushpins and 8mm and/or 10mm bolts.

My Audis and Sprinter have push pins, straight blade & phillips head fasteners. Maybe the skid plate and rearward have bolts.

Also, my Touareg has 10mm bolts for front and center shields, which covers the oil pan and tranny. - No push pins.
