Hmm wonder what the Popeyes deal is. My guess is spend over some amount get free wings. I'm hoping for free or for $1.

When I follow that link I just get the generic t-mobile tuesdays page that talks about free drink from 7-11 or speedway. Is this page supposed to say anything about popeyes?
