After the apple fiber and sugar you have 1g per serving containing 70 ingredients, that's like a 2000th of an ounce per ingredient.... Maybe it's good for you, I'm not necessarily knocking it, but just think about it... 🤔 idk. If it was 2 grams I'd probably buy it lol
on the other hand if you want a drink you get 20 servings comes to $0.50 a serving, which is good🤷 ♂️

Every millennial, really everyone, should be on some sort of fiber supplement if they aren't eating a fiber rich diet (which is most of us). Colon cancer is a major consequence of low fiber. Lots of millennials are getting polyps and tumors in their 30s.
